It's a win-win for everyone.

At Morgan Management, we are looking for long-term residents and hope that you stay for a very long time. But we also realize that circumstances in your life change. If that change is for a larger or smaller space within our communities, we likely have an apartment to suit your needs. However, successful management of apartments requires low turnover and low vacancy rates. It has been our experience that residents are reluctant to notify their landlord of their intent to move out until the last possible day. By enrolling residents in our relocation program, we will know when vacancies will occur and will be able to offer them sooner, reducing vacancy rates. By enrolling in Morgan Managed Move, you will have flexible move-out dates and month-to-month options.

There is No Cost or Commitment

The service is complete free. There is no commitment to use our services either. We value you as a Morgan Communities resident, and we would like to provide you with these services in the event that you decide to purchase a home to better serve you as a member of our community.

Sounds good, but what's the catch?

No catch. The Morgan Managed Move program benefits us as much as it does you. It costs nothing to enroll and you get paid if you use it. We cannot think of any downside for our valued residents.

Our Partners

In order to subsidize the discounts and rebates, we use our size to secure volume discounts and relocation fees. We’ve partnered with reputable real estate agencies, attorneys, & mortgage financiers to bring these discounts and offers to you.

After you sign-up, you will be contacted by a representative of Morgan Relocation Services by phone, email or mail. Then, when you decide to start looking for a home, all you have to do is contact a relocation director to notify us of your intent to buy a home. That's it. It's that easy.

If you plan on moving, you might need temporary tenancy, if so, there may be a Morgan Community in your new neighborhood. Being an enrollee of Morgan Relocation Services, you’ll benefit from discounted rates on short term rentals.

What if I never buy a house?

If you never buy a house, it will cost you nothing.

How much does it cost to enroll?

There is no fee for enrollment, and there is no fee to use our services at any time.

Sounds too good to be true. What's the catch?

Based on the size of Morgan Management, LLC, we are able to form a relocation company that will be poised to place over 3,000 home buyers & sellers. We are leveraging that volume for the benefit of our valued tenants and employees.

I’m nervous to tell my property manager I plan on moving out, what if the deal on the house I’m buying falls through?

Anyone enrolled in our program will have flexible tenancy dates and we can help with temporary housing in another unit if yours has been rented to another tenant.

Do I have to work with a specific company

You can choose from a list of vendors. If you want to use somebody not on the list, we will consider adding them as long as they extend the discount and rebates we have negotiated.

Do I need to be a Morgan Community resident to participate in the program?

No, the program is open to Morgan Residents, Morgan employees, and Affiliate business’ employees .

I am currently in the process of buying a house. Can I enroll now?

If you have already entered into a contract, you are not eligible. But if you are just starting your search, then please contact your property manager.

I am planning on building a house, but it won't be complete until after my lease is up. Where can I stay until my new home is finished?

We can offer month-to-month tenancy or temporary housing for those enrolled in the program.

I have a friend/family member who is a real estate agent. Can I use them?

We maintain a list of approved companies/agents. If you have a friend or relative you want to use, we will enroll them for you.

What if I'm moving out of the area?

This is a global relocation program. It is good virtually any place in the world you may want to buy a home.
