Owner - Morgan Management

Robert Morgan is the founder of Morgan Management, LLC which, together with its affiliated companies, has acquired, owns, and currently manages a private portfolio of institutional-grade investment real estate including more than 26,000 units in multi-family property as well as manufactured housing communities, and commercial, retail, office, medical office, self storage and hotel properties. Morgan Management and affiliates also have a considerable number of new development sites under various stages of construction. In addition to the largest private multifamily portfolio in Upstate New York, Morgan Management and affiliates own and manage property located across 12 states along with $1.5 billion in credit facilities as preferred borrowers with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

Robert Morgan has over 30 years of experience as an owner, operator, and developer of investment real estate and works from his office in Pittsford, New York. Mr. Morgan received the 2013 Herbert W. Vanden Brul Entrepreneurial Award which is presented annually by Rochester Institute of Technology’s E. Philip Saunders College of Business; and he was inducted into the Rochester Business Hall of Fame in the fall of 2013 at a banquet held in honor of the inductees by Junior Achievement of Rochester New York Area Inc., the Rochester Business Journal and the Rochester Museum & Science Center.

Jordan C. Alaimo

Jordan’s practice covers the full range of transactional real estate, representing developers, lenders and institutional and non-institutional investors in the acquisition, development, financing, construction, renovation, leasing, management and disposition of commercial real estate. He is admitted to practice law in New York, California, Florida and the District of Columbia. Currently, Jordan represents regional and national developers in the negotiation of complex purchase and sale agreements, membership purchase agreements, financing documents and development agreements. He also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating lease agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Jordan also regularly represents institutional lenders in all aspects of the acquisition, refinance and development of commercial projects throughout the country. Additionally, he has extensive experience representing lending institutions in various loan modification transactions and post-foreclosure management of REO properties.

Jordan previously practiced at an international law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a national law firm in Los Angeles, California.
